We learn about your body, history, goals, and schedule — and confirm if the program is a good match. No pressure, no sales pitch.

Diagnostic Assessment ($497)

A joint-by-joint movement screen: mobility, strength, control, and cardiovascular health. You leave with a clear, personalized roadmap. 100% applied toward your first program if you continue.

Pain-Free Foundations or Strength Phase

Depending on your assessment, you start with Pain-Free Foundations (2x/week, 30 min) to restore pain-free movement, then graduate into your full strength phase.

Ongoing, Personalized Progression

12-week phases inside a multi-year plan. Re-tested every cycle. Same specialist every session. Monthly movement review.
