Not necessarily. The Diagnostic Assessment determines where you start. If your body is ready to load, you go straight into your Strength Phase. If you have significant pain or mobility limitations, we start with Foundations first.
Yes — we don't build your plan until we understand how your body actually moves. The $497 is fully applied toward your first program if you decide to continue. There's no pressure to commit.
Concierge is fully private — you and Dominick, 1-on-1, with maximum flexibility. IsoStrong is a pod of 4 max, where each person has individual programming but trains alongside a small group. Both use the same Theorem system.
Most clients feel a meaningful difference in pain and mobility within the first 4–8 weeks. Visible strength and body composition changes typically show up around the 8–12 week mark. We train in 12-week phases with re-assessment at each cycle.
