We learn about your body, history, goals, and schedule — and confirm if the program is a good match. By appointment only.

Pain-to-Performance Assessment

A 2-hour, in-person assessment: joint & movement screening, strength testing, mobility analysis, and injury review — so we can safely build your personalized starting plan.

12-Week Jiu Jitsu + Strength Sprint

  • 2× semi-private IsoStrong sessions (30 min)
  • 2× semi-private Jiu Jitsu sessions (60 min)
  • Daily 5-minute at-home mobility plan
  • Pain-aware adjustments and progression tracking

Ongoing Continuity

Most members continue with semi-private pods and occasional 1-on-1 tune-ups to keep progressing safely. The goal is a plan you can sustain for years — not just a 12-week sprint.
